📆 Booking & Studio Time Policy
By submitting your deposit to reserve studio time, you agree to our session and facility use policies. Please review the following carefully:
⏰ Session Time Enforcement
All bookings are expected to begin and end on time. If you are still in the building one minute past your scheduled wrap time, you will be charged $150 for the next full half-hour.
🔁 Need an extra 5 minutes? You might as well take the full 30—additional time is billed in 30-minute increments.
💵 Overtime Policy
If your session exceeds one half-hour past your original end time, each additional half-hour will be billed at $150.
Our time is our most valuable asset. Please respect the schedule so we can continue to serve all clients efficiently and professionally.
🚭 Studio Environment Guidelines
The Mountaintop Audiovisual Studios is a non-smoking facility. The only permitted items to burn indoors are candles or sage for energy cleansing. Smoking of any kind must be done outside the building.

Repaint Fee Unit
Using the green infinity wall or white cyclorama will require a repay fee per surface. The surfaces are freshly painted after every use. A fee of $50 is required for either surface. If you use both the green and the white you can add two units of repay fees to your cart to cover the repaint.

One Song Mastered
Want us to make it hot? Did the radio station tell you to go get it mastered? That means it isn't loud enough somewhere. Sometimes it's treble, sometimes its midrange. The sage and sherpas on the mountain know how to make it bump. Reference mixes welcomed.

Mastering Hourly Units
We can actually process 4-5 songs in an hour. People who don't do the math pay more to have a project mastered by the song. So if you have a full project this way will save you some money.

Studio B Hourly Rental Unit
Studio B has a 2 hour minimum for rental time plus a repaint fee for the floor repair after your shoot ends.

Studio B Rental Deposit
This is some good faith money. We need a 24 hour cancellation notice before your rental to return a deposit. Anything less than 24 and we just don't have a chance to rent it to someone else for the day. If you are two hours late, no call no show. We lock up and move on. your deposit won't be refundable.
